Manage Reviews on Your Marketplace

Reviews are key to building trust on your marketplace. Users can leave feedback in two ways:

1. Open Reviews: Any logged-in user can leave a review. Reviews from buyers who have purchased a Listing will be marked as Verified Reviews.
2. Verified Reviews only: Only buyers who have made a purchase can leave a review.

Turning Off Open Reviews

By default, both open and verified reviews are allowed. If you prefer to restrict reviews to verified only, you can disable open reviews by following these steps:

• Go to Admin Panel > Settings > Manage Reviews.
• Activate the toggle to disable open reviews, allowing only verified reviews.

Reviewing and Deleting Individual Reviews

As an admin, you can also manage individual reviews:

• Go to Admin Panel > Reports > User Reviews to review feedback.
• If necessary, you can delete any review from this section.

Managing reviews ensures feedback remains credible and helps maintain the quality of your marketplace.
