Text Restrictions

To avoid users from doing business outside of the marketplace, we can add restrictions within the messaging. Restrict the ability to enter 10 consecutive numbers to avoid the exchanging of phone numbers or restrict the ability to enter an @ sign to avoid the exchanging of emails.
